File size : 1.9 MB ..................... |
Approximate loading time: 1 minute |
| 2) Unzip (decompress) the downloaded file "InstallateursEduG50e.zip" by double-clicking its icon. This should create a file named "InstallEduG50e.exe". |
If you do not have a decompression program, you may dowload and install Unzip Me. (It is free). |
Some anti-virus security systems prevent the transmission of all executable programs. If you meet this problem then send an e-mail to: francois.ducrey@etat.ge.ch.
| 3) Double click the file name to launch the installer. |
5) The default procedure is recommended for installation. But if you wish to install EduG into a directory other than the one proposed, you should first create the new directory, giving it any name you like, for instance ‘Generalizability'. When the installer requests it, give the appropriate pathname, for instance C:\Generalisability. Do not install EduG directly in the root directory of a drive. |

WARNING EduG 5 is under revision at present, because a possibility of error has been detected. The value of the "corrected component of variance" may be wrong when the component concerns the interaction of a fixed and a random facet. This error is usually of no consequence when all fixed facets belong to the instrumentation face. Nevertheless a careful control is necessary. A revised form 6 will be put at your disposal on this page as quickly as possible. All persons using older versions will have to download EduG version 6 and to check their previous results. |
